Hence Considering Customer Requirements we made our VTLs Rigid and Accurate to give Good Satisfaction on Cast Iron and Steel Parts.

These Machines are occupied with Heavy Sheet Metal, Higher Torque Motors and Well Balanced X/z Axis.We also Spindle Considered Spindle Rigidity and Accuracy which was a big Challange for us to keep Speed and accuracy Approximately Same to Horizontal CNC Lathes with Such a Big Size bearings and Top Loading.

Standard Accessories :VTL 600 & VTL 800 Has 8 Position Heavy Duty Hydraulic Turret 150 CH imported from a well Known European Brand.It Comes with 60mm Boring Tool Capacity AND 32X32mm Turning Tool Capacity.We Also have Milling turret Available to VTL600.However VTL 1000 is With Heavy duty H Type Turret as 8 Postion Couldn’t Work on big Size parts and Long Boring and Drilling Applicaion.All 4 Tool are 80mm and 50×50 Shank.

All VTLs Machines are with Hydraulic 3 Jaws Chuck ad Solid Cylinders.
