Silver Tubes is one of the prominent & leader of Nylon Sheets & Plates, which are condensation copolymers, formed by reacting dysfunctional monomers containing equal parts of amine and carboxylic acid, so that amides are formed at both ends of each monomer in a process analogous to polypeptide biopolymers. Nylon Sheets are made from the reaction of a di-carboxylic acid with a di-amine or a lactam or amino acid with itself. In the first case, the structure of Nylon Plates is so-called similar to polyesters and polyurethanes: the "repeating unit" consists of one of each monomer, so that they alternate in the chain. Meanwhile each monomer in Nylon Coils has similar reactive group on both the ends, the way of the amide bond contraries between each monomer, not like usual polyamide proteins.

Nylon Alloy Sheets is difficult to get the proportions exactly correct, and deviations can lead to chain termination at molecular weights less than desirable Daltons. To overcome this problem in Nylon Alloy Plates, a crystalline, solid "nylon salt" can be formed at room temperature, using an exact ratio of the acid and the base to neutralize each other. The salt in Nylon Alloy Coils is crystallized to purify it and obtain the desired precise stoichiometry. Heated to 285 Degree C (545 Degree F), the salt in this product reacts to form nylon polymer with the production of water.
