PCR Master Mix is a premixed, ready to use solution containing Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, and MgCl2 and reaction buffer at optimal temperature for efficient amplification of DNA templates by PCR. PCR Master contains blue dye that allows monitoring of progress during electrophoresis. 2X PCR Master Mix is a ready-to-use  reaction mix. Simply add primers, template, and water to successfully carry out primer extensions and other molecular biology applications.
