The 12v 40W Ceramic Cartridge Heater is useful for 3D printing related applications. It is a reliable, easy to use and powerful heater. It can be beneficial as a replacement heater for enamel resistors-based heater cartridges. As this Cartridge heater consists of a cylindrical stainless-steel tube and thus it provides a high corrosion prevention.
The heating wire is wound onto a ceramic core. The choice of coils varies depending on the power, and provides an excellent uniform distribution of heat, which considerably increases the long life of the heater in addition to preventing the oxidation of the heater wire even at high temperatures.
