Low Pressure Drop:
In a compressed air system, pressure drop costs money and restricted flow creates problem in applications. The unique, indigenously designed 3-in-1 evaporator facilitates low pressure drop: lesser than 0.2  bar, while providing maximum heat transfer efficiency.

Right from the design phase, CompAir provides detailed attention to the serviceability of dryers. Some of the features with regard to serviceability are total modular canopy design, interchangeability and easy fitment of all components. The microprocessor controller also helps in providing data which helps us in preventive maintenance and service.

CompAir dryers are manufactured with superior quality parts and better processes like higher grade and thickness of copper tubes, powder coating with 7 tank process etc. Higher volume dryers are fitted with safety controls like overload protection, high and low pressure trips and alarm etc. Unique CompAir made microprocessor controllers provide data to monitor the operation of the dryer.

Designed for tropical conditions

CompAir refrigeration air dryers are designed and manufactured to suit the high temperature condition of Asian region considering the 45°C ambient temperature and 55°C inlet temperature. Sizing of coolers, evaporators with suitable refrigeration components help in this regard.
