Plasma Thawing Bath, Feature : High Quality

Thawing bath is used for medical purpose in Laboratories and Blood Bank for Thawing Units of Fresh Frozen Plasma (FFP) and other blood components at required specific temperature levels operating from ambient temperature to +100°C.

MarkEn Plasma Thawing Bath is designed table top with top opening SS Door by good quality and fine range of quality accessories to match all the specific laboratory and process applications. Inner chamber is Deep Thawing SS chamber and Outer chamber is of CRCA/GI and duly powder coated. Foam in place puffed insulation improves temperature stability and energy efficiency.

KEY FEATURES:

1. Integrated system of Stirrer- Heater and High capacity pumping system used for uniform and          optimum thawing and temperature maintain at set point

2. Microprocessor Based Controller: For the precise monitoring and controlling of temperature   at set Degree within accuracy of 1DegC.

3. Provision for programmable time setting for length of thawing.

4. Digital timer for clearly displaying the programmed set time or remaining cycle in minutes

5. A tray with individual compartments ensures that the ports of bags are kept above water   level during the procedure to Prevent contamination

6. For easy transportation: Four castor wheels (Optional).

7. Maximum time taken for one process : 2 hours for Plasma Bags stored at -40DegC.
