An electronic arrangement which enables to measure and display digital the Revolution counts for the pre- set time or the time for the preset pulse revolutions sensed by the Current meter.
The measurement modes are in synchronous with pulses from CM, means after pressing the start button the time/ revolution shall start only after receiving signals from the current meter
