We also undertake the designing, manufacturing, supply and installations of entire Dust Extraction Systems which entails the preparation of layout of the duct routing and fabrication of the ducts to fit site conditions. This exercise involves engineering the duct design as well as that of the Hoods or dust extraction points, to ensure the required velocity is maintained and the system is balance for pressure drops resulting in the optimal performance of the entire system.
Advantages

Disadvantages

• Require use of dry compressed air
• May not be used readily in high temperatures unless special fabrics are used
• Cannot be used if high moisture content or humidity levels are present in the exhaust gases
