Advantech Crane Automation was formed in 2014 by a group of crane experts. The aim of company was to provide an alternative source of crane spare parts & service in all over India. Because the all crane manufacturer are has a monopoly system of the spare parts & Services also, and the parts only available for manufacturer or manufacturing country. Hence we start decision of “Make in India” concept and we also start crane spare parts manufacturing and alternative automation solution. We also achieve this concept if it is able to turn down several hurdles one by one.
First we start a small electrical & electronic part level manufacturing look like China & European cranes control PCB card and Safe load indicators, crane repair & services etc. So we have to import the raw material like electronic components, parts….etc. Therefore, we have to start developing from the raw materials or design according to the Indian standards and available materials in India.
After 2015 company convert to private limited and then we start manufacturing all type of crane control panel, crane duty braking resistors, HMI based Safe load indicator, Anti collision device, Crane lightning arrester, Anemometer, joystick, A2B limit switch... Etc. Even we start crane automation control solution for China & European tower crane, passenger hoist VFD,PLC,HMI (POTAIN,ZOOMLION,GJJ,HUATA,SCM,SYM,YONGMAO,FINEHOPE,LIEBHERR,TEREX,COMANSO,ALIMAK) … etc.
Advantech has grown by providing the complete spares & service of tower crane, passenger hoist, EOT and gantry cranes. We look forward to helping you reduce the coast of parts & service, without compromise of excellent quality and service. Advantech also secured dealerships with several crane manufacturers and began supplying parts & service in all over India.
