The motive force for the transfer of materials comes from a combination of pressure differential and the flow of a gas, such as air or nitrogen.

1. FABRICATION SHOP
TECHNOFAB is having a fabrication shop of 25000 Sq. feet covered area. The workshop is exclusively
used for manufacturing of Stainless steel equipment. The fabrication shop is well equipped with
material handling facilities like Plate bending machines, Press brake, Nibbling machines, Hydraulic
press, Plate rolling machines, Shearing machines, EOT cranes, Jib cranes, portable grinders of
different variety and welding machines.
Equipment like Mixers, Process equipment, CIP systems, mixing and heating equipment, Plate heat
exchangers, Shell & tube heat exchangers, Fermenters, Reaction vessels, Hydrogenator and other
related equipment is manufactured here.
Heat Transfer Equipment-Heat exchanger thermal design and fabrication as per code. Autoclave,
Hydrogenation Reactor, Chemical process reactor, as per prevailing codes, Design & supply of agitator
system befitting to the chemical process. Design & supply MEE, ATFD, SPDU. High vacuum distillation
the system set up complete with kettle, column, condenser, and reflux device, Receiver and Vacuum
system, Sand milling (wet grinding) equipment, Screw conveyor, Chain Conveyor.

2. MACHINE SHOP
TECHNOFAB is having a good machine shop which consists of CNC machine, milling machine, turning
machine, grinding machine, drilling and other general purpose machines. This shop is being used for the production of speciality equipment and also SS fittings, valves etc for the specialty application.
3. PROJECT ENGINEERING AND EXECUTION
TECHNOFAB is executing projects on turnkey basis including designing, manufacturing, and
installations and commissioning of the processing plant in various fields as mentioned above. The project
engineering group is having latest design package and having enough people for undertaking the job
from concept to execution. This group is having separate sections for designing, execution,
instrumentation and process automation etc.
4. QUALITY CONTROL
Our QC department has stringent laid down procedures for inspection of all material from raw material
stage to finished good stage and proper documentation. Equipped with all QC equipment and can
perform the radiography, ultrasonic testing by a 3rd party and Dye Penetration testing.
The following guidelines are followed along:
• ASME Pressure Vessel Standards, ASME Section VIII, Div. 1
• ASME BPE 2014, Bioprocessing Equipment
• GAMP 5, a Risk-based approach to compliant GMP computerized systems through our partners
