15:3 Blue Beta Pigment or Phthalocyanine Blue is also known by other so many names and is a bright, crystalline, synthetic blue pigment. It is used in paints and dyes and is highly valued for its superior properties such as light fastness, tinting strength, covering power and resistance to alkalis and acids. Blue Beta Pigment 15:3 is a blue powder which is insoluble in water and in most solvents. It is used in the coloring of paint, printing ink, plastic, HDPE, LDPE, PVC, EVA, rubber, etc. Further, the pigment has properties such as low abrasion value, excellent dispersibility. rheological properties like gloss, transparency and mill base viscosity.
