BP 5000, the Twin Head Brick Pack Machine has two filling heads to optimize machine output by running the carrousel at half speed to get double output. Filled gusseted pouches are formed from the laminate reel in the vertical forming and product filling section. The gusseted pouches are transferred into holders on the horizontal carrousel section which is indexed through different operation to form a tight brick like pack.
Change Over from one size to another size is possible with standard change parts which extends the machine utility and enhance productivity.
