VLJ Tower Mechanical Shaft Kiln is the main equipment used in cement industry for calcining cement raw material into cement clinker. It adopts mechanical loading and mechanical unloading. The materials fed into the VLJ Tower Mechanical Shaft Kiln are the pellets with 5-10 mm diameter and 12-14% moisture. The pellets are fed into the kiln by the feeding device from the top. The materials move from top to bottom while the airflow blows from the bottom and passes through the material layer from bottom to top. In the VLJ Tower Mechanical Shaft Kiln, the materials shall undergo the processes such as drying, preheating, decomposing, sintering and cooling etc. The VLJ Tower Mechanical Shaft Kiln that NHI China offer is composed of feeding portion, kiln body, tower discharge device, driving portion etc. The thermal efficiency of our kiln is 45% high and the heat consumption is low normally consuming 3550-4000KJ/Kg fuel.
