Ltd. manufactures NILOFLEX SR 999 a multi purpose synthetic rubber based adhesive which is a high solids and resin based adhesive formulated for providing a strong and permanent bond for extensive use in various materials like MS Tanks (PPGL/PVC/Rubber Lining), Electroplating Equipment, Thermoplastic Acid Proof Linings, Gaskets, Rubber to Metal, etc.

Due to the high tackiness and superior green tack, the adhesive provides maximum water and moisture resistance. The adhesive also provides additional heat resistance besides giving superior bonding, extensive coverage and less dour. Once the adhesive is applied on both surfaces which need to be clean and dry, the adhesive should be allowed to dry for 15-20 minutes (depending on climatic conditions) before final assembly. Care should be taken to remove the bubbles from the bonded surfaces. The adhesive crystallizes rapidly and develops more than half of its bonding within one hour due to the green tack, after the bonded surfaces are pressed together. The adhesive has outstanding degree of ageing stability against oxidation, water, chemical, acids, moisture etc.
