FOHMICS Introduces world class Welding Positioners. The best in its class. Positioner is mainly consist of worktable with provision of rotating it at variable speed through 360° as well as tilting it. The worktable is mounted on antifriction bearings specially designed to takeover loads. The table is provided with ‘T’ slots for clamping the jobs or fixtures.
The work piece held on the table can be positioned in required ideal welding angle for convenience and better weld. The rotation can be in clockwise or anti-clockwise direction.
Assemblies for tilting mechanism
The Tilting angle can be seen on the graduated scale provided on the Pivot shaft. Limit switch as well as mechanical stopper provided in tilting mechanism to prevent over run.
