Frame : The frame is of all steel construction fabricated form steel plates with suitable cross rubbings.  Presses up to 30t will be supplied with C.I. Legs. Proper alignment of the frame is ensured machining of the cut steel plates before welding.

Clutch : The clutch is of pin/rolling key type. The clutch is rigid and well supported. The clutch gives continuous stroke for mass production.

Crank Shaft : Crank shaft is made of special alloy steel machined to close accuracy and fitted in bronze bushes for perfect alignment.

Flywheel : Properly sized flywheel, is made of high grade cast iron, & balanced for storing and releasing adequate energy for the pressing operations.

Gears : Gears are of cast steel or fabricated. Gear teeth are generated by hobbing

Table & Ram : Table and Ram are made of heavy duty cast iron seasoned. They are perfectly aligned to each other to obtain quality pressings.

Lubrication : An efficient shot lubrication system has been provided for lubricating the sliding surfaces and moving parts. The lubrication is achieved through hand pump.

Inclining : Inclinable type presses are provided with inclining mechanism which can be easily set and locked in position. The press is so designed even in maximum inclined position, it is stable under heavy pressing loads.
