Ribbon blenders are among the most versatile powder processing equipment around. With a helical mixing tool extending across the length of the mixing shaft, ribbon blenders create a spiral flow within the mixing chamber that is ideal for blending free-flowing powders, pellets, flakes, or granules, as well as pastes, slurries, and dough.

Features include split packaging glands, agitator, sanitary designs, flange free rotor construction, end plate scrapers, machined stub shaft assembly & support structure. blenders are available with U-shape, cylindrical, semi-cylindrical shell, stainless steel U-shape mixing tank with removable solid bar shaft agitator supported at each end by suspended pillow blocks.

Blenders are available in different sizes & specifications: high pressure jackets for heating or cooling applications, spray systems, manual and pneumatic valve operation, discharge valves, side entering choppers, explosion proof motor, fixed and variable speed drive and electric control panels
