Technical Details:

• WJ' Cast Steel Globe Valve to BS 1873
• Bolted bonnet, Outside Screw, Yoke type, rising stem with back Seat Arrangement Renewable 13% Cr. S.S. (AISI-410) Disc / Stem, Plug Type Disc
• Flanged ends BS 1560 / ANSI – B 16.S
• Raised Face are manufactured in CL – 150, CL – 300 and CL – 600
• Max. Temp. For CL 150 1500^oF. 260^oC for CL – 300 & CL – 600, (800^oF – 425^oC)

Salient Features :

• Stream Lined full flow area is provided in body to minimise pressure drop.
• Renewable 13% Cr.S.S. (Aisi – 410) body seat ring and disc. Have at least 50 HB difference in hardness.
• Bolted self aligning two piece gland.
• Back Seat Provision is provided to facilitate on line replacement of gland packing under pressure when valve is fully open.
• Ample Depth of stuffing box.
• Sturdy hand wheel is provided for easy operation of valve.

 
Testing and Certification : If required these valves can be supplied with IBR test Certificate in form III-C issued by the Director of Boilers, Punjab.
