These products have high tensile steel strapping capacity of 25000TPA, with width tolerance of (0.127 MM) and Thickness tolerance (0.03mm) and coil size is 1.60MM.

• Metal Seal: 45 million

• Strapping Tools: 10,000 nos

• Width Tolerance      +_ 0.127 MM.

• Thickness Tolerance + 0.03 mm.

• Coil size     ID 406  +_ 1.60 MM.

• OD 597 mm max.

• The ribbon wound vary from 648 to 686 mm depending upon strap size.

• Strap edges are blunted by Bevelled process to prevent strap cutting in the fingers or hands while strapping.

• Strapping is available in both Ribbon and Mill Wound to 50 kg weight.

• Jumbo Coils are also supplied at 220 kg weight

• Special requirements are undertaken on request

All variety of seals like, Snap-on seals, Push type seals, Nestack seals are available for various applications with Customers Logo/Signature.
