Visual Bottle Inspection Machine is used for visual Inspection of filled bottles to checked for non required foreign particles & leak checking and to ensures maintain quality standard of products as per requirements in Pharmaceuticals & Foods Industries. Inspection table is equipment consisting of a three-track conveyor with a hood with lighting arrangement and visual inspection background of alternate black & white color. Inspection table have stainless steel structure with moving S.S. slat chain. Structure made out of S. S. square pipe & supported on adjustable bolts. The central conveyor belt brings the bottle from the capping machine conveyor. These bottles are automatically bifurcated on the two adjoining conveyor belts & further on the side tables for operators sitting on either side of the table. The operators in turn pick up the bottles & visually inspect the bottles in the alternate white & black background to check for any partials in the liquid filled, sealed & breakage of bottle. After inspection, good bottles are placed in the central track, which is transfer for labeling.

Automatic Blister Packing Machines are ideal tools for the pharmaceutical industry for the packing of Oral tablets, capsules, hard and soft gelatin and ampoules. AII machines are manufactured under stringent quality control process to ensure years of trouble free production. Special design of machine ensures total synchronization of timings between sealing of Aluminum foil and PVC base web. The machine works on the flat forming & rotary sealing principle for delivering higher outputs. PVC base film web is drawn off from a reel and fed into the blister forming unit where blisters are continuously formed. The web is then led to the sealing unit over a guide track. Over the guide track, the product is filled into the blisters by suitable automatic filling unit before the web enters the sealing unit Aluminum foil is drawn off from a separate reel and is fed to the sealing unit where it is sealed with the base web, thus enclosing the product hermetically. The filled and sealed web is then fed by an indexing mechanism into the pack punch unit where the packs are separated from the web. The web trim is sheared off to allow collection. The blister pack may either be collected in bins or may be conveyed over a belt for further handling. The machine could be linked to a cartoner.
