The T-72 is a second generation Main Battle Tank which is one of the most widely produced tanks of recent times. Further this has been developed as T-90. The Driver Instrument Panel (DIP), which consist of Automatic Circuit Breakers and Analog indicators providing vital information and critical parameters i.e. Speed, Fuel level, Pressure, Temperature, Battery Voltage, Engine RPM, Odometer, Vehicle actual run time etc. PEIL manufactures Drivers Instrument Panel for all the variants of T-72 & T-90 Tanks. Viz. BLT, Command, Gun, TRAWL (Mine Sweeper), ARV etc.
The BMP II is a second generation amphibiousInfantry Combat Vehicle. The Hull electrical control panel for the BMP II displays vital parameters i.e. Battery Voltage, Speed, Temperature, Pressure and also consists of various control switches, indicators to control and position the electrical systems in the hull of the vehicle.

The Fuse primarily consists of 2 parts i.e. The Piezo Generator and the Detonating Device. This offers the highest destructive effect and stability to the armour piercing shell. The Fuse assembly consists of high precision components, which are integrated skillfully.
Automatic Circuit Breaker is a thermoelectric device used for protecting the electrical sources and equipments from overload or short circuit of current. The operating voltage is 27 VDC and the current ratings are 2A, 5A, 10A, 15A, 20A, 30A, 40A, 50A, 60A and 80A. Our ACBs are used in T-72 / T-90 and BMP tanks are extremely precision assemblies, perfectly engineered to provide the best performance.
CO2Cylinder is used in Anti-Tank Guided Missiles. This is used to suppress the fire generated during firing of the ATGM. The manufacturing and testing of this assembly is extremely sophisticated. PEIL invested in state of the art testing facilities like Cryogenic temperature chambers, Industrial X-ray Machines and very High Pressure Implosion Chambers. PEIL also has developed a test facility to handle liquid CO2at very low temperature.
This is an electro-mechanical voltage converter which converts 27VDC to 36V 3 phase 400 Hz AC power supply. Used in tanks, fighter aircrafts & helicopter as well.
This transducer is a device that transforms signal from a body, rotating at very high RPM. This is an extremely precision component with high accuracy and surface finish levels. This transducer is used in the guidance system of missiles.
The Frame is used in steering unit of missile. This is a part of control systems. It houses the electronics and control systems of the missile. Manufactured out of special alloys, this precision metal assembly is very challenging for development, manufacturing and testing.
It is used in ATGM. This switch sends signals to the missile computer about the position of the doors, thus very important in the firing sequence of the missile. PEIL took up this project and demonstrated their ability to develop and manufacture critical parts for demanding applications.
