Our offerings include- All-Purpose Flour: Unbleached finely ground endosperm of the wheat kernel separated from bran and germ during the milling process, which could be used to make a complete range of bakery products yeast breads, cakes, cookies and pastries. Bread Flour: Unbleached high gluten - low bran flour milled from hard wheat; suitable for preparation of breads and doughnuts. Cake & Pastry Flour: Unbleached low gluten - low bran flour milled from soft wheat; suitable for tender and moist cakes & pastries. Enzyme-Inactive (Toasted) Soy Protein grits & flour processed from Indian Non-GMO yellow soybean; as a cost effective and high quality protein ingredient for food applications. Toasted Soy Protein is processed from dehulled defatted soybean using extensive heat treatment. The toasted soy protein is pre-cooked and can be used as food ingredient without further heat treatment. Toasted Soy Protein is used to impart functional characteristics like emulsification, thickening, dispersability and wettability.
