Premier's Wire Saw Rubber Rings are available in various sizes of 790 / 780 / 625 / 14" / 10" / 6" in different grades as per customer equipments. Premier's Rubber Rings are supplied across customers within Marble Industry for the last 50 years.
Premier's Rubber Rings used in Wiresaw - from Sizes - 60mm to 800mm. These are made of special premium natural rubber and highly researched specialty chemicals/adhesives used to increase the life span of the Rubber Rings.

“Premier” manufactures Rubber Moulded T- Joints, Expansion Joints for various applications and designed to retrofit sizes for leading OEM’s in line with our customer’s specifications. These are available in various sizes and dimensions manufactured with industrial standards and high quality.
“Premier” wear-resistant Corrugated Rubber Liners are manufactured from a special rubber compound by high-pressure molding which imparts abrasion, impact, and corrosion-resistant properties to these liners.
The range of impact rubber liners (corrugated & plain) is available in 1250 x 500 x 100, 80x60 and 1000 x 500 x 100, 80, 60, 40, 30 & 20 mm sizes.
This liner has a profile rubber plate with reinforced holes, due to the corrugated surface, an optimal impact angle can be achieved, extending the wear life of the lining material.
Skirt Rubber Pads are designed to seal the skirt at the loading station of the conveyor.
Skirt Rubber guided by the guide plate on one face and supported by serrated clamps plates on the other face ensures effective sealing to match the belt profile. We can offer in various sizes & specifications with different thicknesses of 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 16mm, 18mm, and 20mm. Rubber Skirt Pad is used at feed points/discharge points of conveyor systems at the chute end to prevent material spillage.
