Ideal for mixing / blending of dry powder and homogeneous lubrication of granules. Baffles are provided on central shaft to enhance mixing. Blender discharge height varies as per the capacities of different models. Suitable manhole for charging is provided with SS-cover & lock nuts. Discharge port is fitted with butterfly valve, which helps to unload powder faster. Pipe guards are provided with limit switch & interlocked to motor to ensures safe operation at higher capacity.

POWERTECH manufactures accurate, precision machined C frame presses. This is a 25 Ton C frame Hydraulic Press for precision pressing. The press has a top and bottom hydraulic cylinder for simultaneous pressing. The pressing force and speed of the top and bottom cylinders can be adjusted independently. The press has a removable press bed plate and bolster plate. A linear transducer and a load cell are fitted and a load versus length of pressing graph is plotted and visible on the display panel. The machine is controlled by a PLC based panel. Safeties include 2 hand safety switches, pneumatically operated polycarbonate guards.
