Double Insulated door minimises temperature losses at door openings, making it iseal for use in deep freeze warehouses. The door is available in a double-skinned steel construction with a hollow space that is uniformly foam-filled with polyurethane rigid foam binding the material to the steel shell. The door has 80mm thick insulating core to offer excellent insulation values.

It is used in manufacturing plants, aircraft hangars, dockyards & recycling facilities due to its high performance suitable for any industrial environment with huge opening sizes. PVC Roll-up Doors have been made of a special woven PVC fabric and conveyor rail with self-support having metal chassis and they have been provided to operate with electrical system. The conveyor bearings have been made of two aluminum Rails, they are mounted with the parallel flagging on the platform. Thanks to its aluminum drum shaft, it activates the PVC membrane system upward and downward. The PVC fabric modules are connected to the door system with aluminum horizontal bars. The electrical lifting system has been consisted of electronic card panel and motor reducer which control all the mobility and safety systems. PAW-ROLL model doors moving upward and downward by winding up are basically used in indoor applications intensively and in outdoor environments in controlled manner.
