Remote and Local Flag Indicators can be used to indicate internal fault of the system. Once fault occurs in the system will be indicated by this unit. With remote flag indicator fault can be visualized at remote location. There are two types namely Local Flag Indicator and Remote Flag Indicator.The device is tested at government approved lab for temperature rise test, sault spray test, endurance for 10000 operations, HV test of 2.5kv, vibration test.
Local Flag Indicator :
Operating voltage 16vdc to 24vdc. Device also operates with self-powered relays. Local Flag Indicator basically of set type and it is to be reset manually from panel. Compact size with clamp given for flush mounting on flat surfaces. Label with operating voltage, mfg. serial number and manufacturers name is provided.
Remote Flag Indicator :
Operating voltage 15vdc to 24vdc. Device also operates with self powered relays. For remote signaling 2NO + 2NC contacts of 10 A are available. Flag indicator basically of set reset type & have a facility to operate from remote place.

Phase sequence (Red - Yellow - Blue) plays a major role in functioning of equipments and machines on the shop floor / Laboratories, throughout the world. Change in phase sequence can result in equipment failure, machine breakdown and also accidents due to phase reversal in motors.
Hence, It is very Important to verify the phase sequence after maintenance activities carried out in every stage of power handling units/sub-stations. To serve this purpose, we have developed a phase sequence detector to verify the phase sequence at various stages of power handling systems. The device operates in two modes. In one mode it ensures that the same phase of feeder 1 and the same phase of feeder 2 are phase with each other. In another mode it ensures that the 2 phase of same feeder are out by 120 Deg C with each other.

Remote Transmitter :
The remote control transmitter is small hand held unit with 4 keys which works on 12V battery to give good range of operation. When a key is pressed, the IC is connected to power supply battery & it starts transmitting packets at 433 Mhz frequency consisting of its ID and Data byte which indicates which key was pressed. This information is used in remote control applications. Each transmitter has preprogrammed unique 32 bit ID set during manufacturing and cannot be changed. The receiver usually stores the transmitter ID in its memory before so receiver only responds to known transmitter IDs for secure applications. The RF part inside remote is SAW based 433 Mhz transmitter, which on be received by any433 Mhz type ASK RF Receiver.

This is an ASK Hybrid 433Mhz RF receiver module and is ideal for wireless control applications. The receiver module requires no external RF components except for the antenna. The super-regenerative design exhibits exceptional sensitivity.
