A cartridge heater is a tube-shaped, heavy-duty, industrial joule heating element (electrical resistance) used in the process heating industry, usually custom manufactured to a specific watt density, based on its intended application. Highly compacted they reach a surface watt density of up to 50 W/cm². It may be used to heat any kind of substance or material, such as oil, air, or sugar. However, a common application are plastic pellets, which are melted in order to form molded plastic parts. An example of such a process is the "hot runner" process.

Thermocouples are the sensors used to receive the signal from the heating area in directly proportional to the rise of temperature. These are two dissimilar metals joints to form one junction and produce mill volt directly proportional to the rise in temperature. We manufacture J, K, R, S, N and any other type.

Coil heaters are made of nickel chrome resistance wire placed inside chrome nickel steel tube filled with mgo powder and compacted for faster and efficient heat transfer. The heaters are annealed to acquire malleability for bending into any shape. Hot runner heaters with built in thermo couple are also available. Hot runner bushes are produced with hot runner heaters of different cross section with inner brass and outer stainless steel cover.

Water and Oil immersion heaters are installed in a tank or container to heat a liquid. The installation can be over-the-side, flanged or threaded. These heaters are available with heating elements made of copper, steel, stainless steel, cast iron, titanium, and PFA coated.
