1 Products availableThe oils and fluids used in machines pick up minute solid contaminants during working. Actually oil molecules and additives break down chemically due to aging, pressure, temperature, moisture etc., and get oxidised to form polar compounds. These compounds combine together to form an insoluble sediment which is termed as vanish/tar. Most machine malfunctions are due to this contaminants which stick on to the active surfaces of the machine, increasing abrasion and reducing lubrication.
WORKING PRINCIPLEOur range of oil cleaning systems work on the principle of electrostatic. The oil is circulated through the special electrostatic cell provided in the machine. This cell induces electrostatic charge on suspended solid contaminants in oil/ fluids. These charged suspended particles moves under electric field and deposits on dielectric media provided in the cell.
APPLICATIONSPon OilCare cleaning machine can be used for hydraulic , lubricating oils and synthetic fluids which are non conductive and have less than 500PPM moisture.
