The  flat roof rubber membrane  is specially designed for us on small flat roofs, mostly residential roofs. Generally they are installed in a single piece. Polygomma offers EPDM flat roof membrane of widths upto 20 feet. The standard length is 100 feet, but we can manufacture even longer EPDM rubber membrane if required. These flat roof rubber membranes are manufactured from ethylene-propylene-diene-monomer (EPDM) rubber. The constituents the EPDM rubber provides the membrane the right qualities required to perform as in the strongest of climatic conditions. Some of the important advantages of EPDM  rubber membrane  are that they are UV and Ozone resistant. This helps the membrane to have a very long service life. Also unless the structure of the roof is very complex, it is installed with minimal accessories. Generally seam tapes or adhesives are used to install the EPDM membrane on the flat roofs.     Advantages Superior mechanical properties:  Good tensile strength and high elasticity, Superior ageing properties. Our EPDM pond liner can be used in pond with food containing aqueous/ ponds to store, when tested as per United States FDA regulation 21-CFR- 177-2600. It is recommended to test as per rules set forth by local governing bodies and to meet user requirements. Safe to use for fresh water fish, carassius auratus (Gold Fish), when tested as per ASTM E729-2002

The building facades are subjected to a range of external elements such as rain water, moisture, UV, humidity, etc. Thus the waterproofing system used for the façade needs to be durable to withstand these conditions. Polygomma  EPDM Strips  are used to waterproof and air seal facades, and also to protect against water and moisture.
