Magnet drum is "self cleaning separator" as there is no need for manual cleaning. magnetic drum is made up of two drums; the inner drum consists of 180 degree magnetic field incorporated within a stainless steel outer drum. The outer drum revolves around the inner stationary drum. For best and effective performance of magnet drum separators, they should be fitted at the discharge end of conveyors, in line with processing chutes or vibratory feeders. Drum consists of key waved shafting to suit the customers drive specifications.

We are offering high power magnetic rod. Pmt rodtube magnet are made up of "gemini rare earth powerful magnets" encased in stainless steel 304. They are very useful where due to space restrictions magnet grill or drawer in-housing arrangement is not possible. Magnet rods are widely used for removing fine iron particles from free flowing products such as flour, tea, coffee, grain, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, plastic powder, guar gum powder, sugar, granulate and any other types of powder. Magnet rodstubes are available in standard size with diameter of 1" and length as per the end user requirement. Magnet rodstubes are available with threading on both sidessingle side or blank or with studded ends for easy and appropriate installation in hopper, pipelines etc. The end user can arrange individual magnet tubes in a configuration that works best for their applications.

We are offering magnetic separator pulley. Pmt magnet pulley is a self-cleaning separator. It is installed as head pulley in belt conveyor for continuous & automatic removal of iron ferrous particles from product on the belt. Installed at the discharge end of the belt conveyors, magnet pulley are ideal for removal of ferrous particles that cannot be removed by either a plate magnet or suspension magnet due to the depth of conveyed product. Pulley consists of 360 degree magnetic field that retains the iron particles till the belt passes the face of the pulley. Thereafter the iron particles falls behind the divider & the cleaned material due to gravity falls ahead. magnet pulley is an integral part of conveying system and for installation there is no need of any additional setup or arrangement. The key waved shafting of pulley can directly fit into the existing drive of the belt conveyor system. It is very effective in separating tramp iron from feed & grain, coal handling, mining, waste recovery, paper & pulp industries. It is maintenance free and effective separator with high percentage of separation of iron particles. magnet pulley are available in various sizes with key waved shafting to suit the specific requirements.
