Platinum fluid bed coater is suitable for coating of fine drug pallets. the pallets are coated with the help of a wrester design product chamber, with bottom spray gun and partition in the center of distribution plate. the air distribution plate is well designed to give uniform air flow for uniform coating without agglomeration. The platinum pharmatech coating pans are well designed for tablets and pellets coating. The rotational speed, angle of inclination of the pan, volume and temperature are all critically analyzed with the latest trends in coating methods. The shape of the bowl is designed to provide 'improved cascade' while allowing the tablets to travel along a symmetric path. This design helps in self mixing and the coated tablets to achieve geometric uniformity.

The platinum pharmatech pulverizes are designed for wet and dry granulation, pulverizing and sizing of crude drugs. The product is fed to the processing chamber through a screw feeder from the hopper. The product is subjected to centrifugal forces from a high speed swing beater, and against a liner plate and is milled to required size and made to pass through a sieving screen for delivery of the final product. Feed control from the screw feeder is consistent while the final product is uniform in size.
