From inside these tanks are lined with number of linings depending on the nature of the bath. The linings may be of pvc, lead, rubber, etc. For example, a bright nickel bath tank is lined with four linings i.e. Two layers of 2 mm each of rubber and two layers of 3 mm each of pvc linings. All m.s. Tanks are shot blasted and finished with four coats of epoxy primer and epoxy finish paints. Therefore, pci m.s. Tanks can be seen in perfectly running conditions even after so many years to come which are free from rust or any internal or external damage in any working environment. We are offering pci elefil process filters. It is very important for an electrolyte to be free from dust and other fine almost invisible particles. These particles interfere in the performance of the bath solution and should be removed through proper filtration. Pci elefil process filters are designed in such a manner that traps fine dirt and dust particles from the plating solutions and ensures that the solution is clean at all the times. Pci elefil process ensures cleanliness in the deposition of high quality finishes and avoids the roughness which occurs every time any particles that had settled to the bottom of the tank were stirred up. By efficient continuous filtration, using newer methods and medias, most particles are removed before they have any chance to cause problems. Pci elefil process filters are manufactured in both disc type and cartridge type as per the specific requirements and the range of capacities available will meet the majority of automatic and manual plating installation requirements. Pci elefil filter units provide a large filtration area, are easy to clean and maintain, and provide effective retention of activated carbon or filter aids.the unit is available in different number and sizes of pure polypropylene plates. The dome type elefil filter is available in ms (with pvcrubber lining) or electropolished ss 316 (with or without lining) installed on a trolley complete with polypropylene plates, filter cloth, motor, pumps and with two 3 meter (10ft.) lengths of reinforced acid resistant hose including appropriate spigots.

We offer Pci Rectifiers. Electro deposition for plating is undertaken by use of direct current (DC) which is energy converted after rectifying alternating current (AC). Generally, all electro chemical depositions use low voltage. PCI Rectifiers are made up of diodes and air or oil cooled variac to control current stepless. All electro-chemical deposits require low ripple content of not more than 5%. Measurement of ripple is best at 50% or lower load output. PCI Rectifiers are rugged and reliable with a limited ripple content and are easy to service and maintenance. The AC output control panel houses contactor, switch fuse unit either analogue or digital and indicating lamps. The DC control panel houses ammeter, voltmeter and operating switches. The transformer windings and bus bars are made of electrolytic grade copper. PCI Rectifiers are available in 8V, 12V, 16V in combination with 250A, 500A, 750A, 1000A, 1500A, 200A, 2500A.

We are offering stainless steel tanks are manufactured in two grades - ss 304 and ss 316. The thickness of the tank is 5 mm. Pci ss tanks do not require any lining, as ss is also resistant to many chemical compositions. The tank is argon welded and homogenous. The exteriors of the tank are buffed to give bright finish.

Poly-propelene tanks are manufactured with 15 mm or 20 mm thick pure pp. These tanks do not require any lining since pp itself is resistant to strong acid and alkaline solutions. Pp tanks also do not require thermal insulation and exterior painting. It has a very long life.
