Chemical Resistant

All contact parts are made from Polypropylene with PTFE sealing-rings. Provides excellent resistance to corrosive and hazardous chemical liquids like HCL, H2SO4 (30% TO 80%), HNO3 . Specially designed to handle nearly all corrosives and erosives easily and efficiently for continuous and intermitent service.

High Temperature Service

Maximum working temperature is 1100c.

Pumps lengths lengths available from 1' to 12' with flowrate upto 50 m3/h or 50 meterhead. Higher capacities and head available.

Models

Available in conventional or tailormade configuration. Several models such as suction extension with float switch, (auto on/off device)- also available with Polypropylene mounting plates.

Special Features

Centrifugal Chemical Process Pump - Series : PPC

Plasto Process pump is a horizontal single end suction standardized back pull out process pump. PPC series process pupms are supplied with mechanical seal/gland packing arrangement covering 85% of the chemical industries requirement. The pumps are manufactured from polypropylene copolymer-a chemically inert thermoplastic by the use of an exclusive moulding process. This pumps give you unusual protection against highly corrosive chemicals. The solid molded casing and impeller ensure a smooth running pump for long life and a minimum of wear. all pumps , shafts are fitted with sleeves of different materials compatible with the liquid handled.

  • Double mechanical seals avaiable for clogging material application.
  • Size available to handle flow from 1 m3 to 100 m3 per hour.
  • Allows high working temperature upto 70 oc.
