These are ball plungers used in press tools and injection moulds. Assembly of steel ball with loaded spring , sizes are dia M-4 to M-12, length varies from 10mm to 22mm. These are imported from Taiwan and are ready in stock.

These imported Die-Springs of Plastek are all manufactured in Italy.

They follow two standards - one is JIS( a Japanese standard) and the other is IS (an Indian standard).

These Die-Springs are flat wire springs with cross section measured in length by width.

hese are parting locks or catchers. Parting locks are made with tapperd bolt covered by pu bush(tapered hard pu material bush matching tappered bolt). They are used in 3 plated injection moulds. They are all imported from Taiwan, and are ready in stock.

Sizes are 16mm bush with 8 mm tapered bolt and 20mm bush with 10mm tapered bolt.

These are pillar bush used in Mould Base and Pillar Die-sets. The material used are En-31 and HDS( hot die steel). Sizes vary from dia 10mm to dia 100 mm and length varies from 20mm to 1000 mm. They are manufactured as per order within 3 days to 7 days depending on the quantity and size.

These are detachable pillar bush with ball cages. Pillar diameter varies from 20 mm to 50mm. Length varies from 100mm to 300mm.
