Plastic Powder is placed in a metal mould. Mould is slowly rotated in two directions (Biaxially) inside the heating chamber. Powder melts and forms a uniform coating on the inside surface of mould. The rotating mould is then cooled in open air or in a cooling chamber and plpastic solidifies to mould's shape. Mould is then opened and product is removed.
These are simple, open flame type machines mainly suitable for making large volume containers, long boats, large diameter pipes and any large volume products. The mould is rotated on top of a Rocking Frame and it is heated by means of open flame burners. The mould is then cooled and the product is removed.

The top eccentric weight on the motor shaft rotates in a plane, closer to the centre of the assembly. This creates vibrations in the horizontal plane which causes the material to disperse across the screen to the periphery. Any increase in the weight will increase horizontal throw of the material.
The bottom eccentric weight rotates below the center of assembly and makes the vibrations in vertical plane. The vertical throw of the material can be managed by adjusting the bottom weight. Overall material flow pattern can be controlled by adjusting the lead angle of bottom weight.
