More about information of HIV TRI - DOT + Ag Test Kit : HIV TRI-DOT + Ag test is an enzyme immunoassay based on “Sandwich immunoassay”. HIV antigens and p24 antibody is immobilized on a porous immunofiltration membrane. Samples /specimen and reagents pass through membrane followed by addition of enzyme conjugate (HIV antigens & p24 antibody linked with HRPO). A sandwich complex is formed on membrane where HIV-1 & HIV-2 antibodies or p24 antigen (from serum sample) is sandwiched between the antigens (HIV-1 & HIV-2) & p24 antibodies linked HRPO conjugate. The membrane is washed using wash buffer solution which is absorbed into the underlying membrane. Then substrate solution containing chromogen & hydrogen peroxide is added to the membrane. If p24 antigens and/or HIV-1 & HIV-2 antibodies are present in patient’s sample, a blue test dot at respective position appear with control dot. The color intensity of test dot is directly proportional to the amount of HIV-1 and/or HIV-2 and/or p24 antigen present in the specimen. Finally the reaction is stopped by stop solution and read visually within 5 to 15 minutes.

Hepacard Test Kit

Purchase our Hepacard Test Kit, for accurate and qualitative detection of hepatitis B. The offered Hepacard Test Kits are prepared as per the expert’s guidelines and capable to detect all eleven subtypes of HBsAg. Over the years, we have immense knowledge of handling bulk orders for Hepacard Test Kit. We are renowned Supplier of Hepacard Test Kit and offer Hepacard Test Kit at retail and wholesale prices.

More about information of Hepacard Test Kit : HEPACARD is a one step immunoassay based on the antigen capture, or "sandwich" principle. The method uses monoclonal antibodies conjugated to colloidal gold and polyclonal antibodies immobilized on a nitrocellulose strip in a thin line. The test sample is introduced to and flows laterally through an absorbent pad where it mixes with the signal reagent. If the sample contains HBsAg, the collodial gold-antibody conjugate binds to the antigen, forming an antigen-antibody-collodial gold complex. The complex then migrates through the nitrocellulose strip by capillary action. When the complex meets the line of immobilized antibody(Test line) "T", the complex is trapped forming an antibody-antigen-antibody colldial gold complex. This forms a pink band indicating the sample is reactive for HBsAg. To serve as a procedural control, an additional line of anti-mouse antibody (Control line) "C", has been immobilized at a distance from the test line on the strip. If the test is performed correctly, this will result in the formation of a pink band upon contact with the conjugate.

Features

  • Detects all the 11 subtype of HBsAg.
  • Antigen Sensitivity - 0.5 ng/ml.
  • No sample preparation required.
  • See through Device for easy result interpretation.

More about information of Advantage Pan Malaria Card Test Kit : The 3rd generation HCV Microlisa is based on a highly sensitive technique, Enzyme linked Immunosorbent Assay which detects antibodies against HCV in human serum and plasma. The HCV proteins are present in serum at levels well below the limits of detection. Thus immunodiagnosis of HCV infection is based on detection of host generated antibodies (anti-HCVs) to viral proteins. The 3rd generation HCV Microlisa utilizes a combination of antigen with the sequence of both HCV structural and non-structural antigens i.e. CORE, E1, E2, NS3, NS4 and NS5. It has an obvious advantage over the available 2nd Generation and 1st Generation Elisa with improved sensitivity and specificity. The combination of antigens for the structural and non-structural HCV proteins is coated onto the microwells. Diluted sample and controls are then incubated. Antibodies to HCV, if present, bind to the immobilized HCV antigens on the microwell during this incubation period. The microwells are then thoroughly washed with the diluted wash buffer to remove excess of unbound anti-HCV or other human IgGs which may interfere with the test. An enzyme conjugate, anti-human IgG conjugated with HRPO is added. The excess of enzyme conjugate is again removed with diluted wash buffer. At this stage the microwells hold only the bound antigen-anti HCV-enzyme conjugate complex. In the next step, the freshly prepared substrate solution is incubated with the complex in the microwells. The enzyme substrate reaction leads to development of a blue colour which is indicative of the Ag-Ab reaction which has occurred in the microwell. In the final step the stop solution is added and the optical density of the developed colour is read at 450nm spectrophotometrically.
