Galvanized Barbed Wire

The barbed wire consists of barb wire and line wire. The wire diameter of line wire is larger. The line wire can have one wire or two wires. The barb wires are braided with a system of constant torsion around line wire. One barb wire forms two spikes and two pieces of wire-four spikes. The sharpened spikes are protective elements of barbed wire.

Using the two twisted line wires can improve the quality of fastening studs and prevent the displacement along the wire. On a single strand barbed wire, in order to avoid spikes rotate around horizontal wire, the horizontal wire is made by corrugations and its cross section is not circular.

Anti-climb weld mesh system (also known asPrison Mesh fencing or 358 mesh fencing) is dominantly used in fencing systems designed to bring maximum perimeter protection to a site without impeding visibility (which is important for human patrolling or video surveillance).Anti-climb fencehas been universally accepted as the most secure form of welded mesh panel, commercially available with significant inherent advantages over products such as chain link fencing or other forms of welded mesh fencing, owing to its unique configuration.
Anti-climb meshpanel is made of galvanized steel wire (and can then be optionally polyester powder and/or Epoxy coated) in an aperture configuration of 76.2 mm x 12.7 mm. This means a clear opening between horizontal wires of less than 9 mm inadequate to insert hand tools for cutting the mesh. The vertical wires of the mesh further restrict the opening available, forming small rectangles throughout the panel.Anti-climb fenceis therefore extremely difficult to penetrate using conventional hand tools and thus gives a delay time under attack several times greater than traditional fencing products such as chain link fence.
The closeness of the horizontal wires in this Anti-climb fence also makes for a mesh panel almost impossible to grip (as shown in the below figure), thus climb, when used as part of a fencing system, and thus the name "Anti-climb".
The mesh apertures are finger/toe proof and are designed such as to give excellent visibility through the mesh, both from perpendicular and angled directions. The welded mesh panels have a non-aggressive appearance with pleasant aesthetics, further adding to their pre-eminence over other wire fencing panels. Finally, unlike chain link fencing the welded mesh will not unravel or lose stability if cut every intersection of every wire is individually welded throughout the mesh panel. Chicken wire or hexagonal wirenetting is a mesh of wire commonly used to fence poultry livestock such as chicken, in a run or coop. Hexagonal wire netting is made by twisting in the straight direction and reverse direction to form a hexagonal opening. It is primarily manufactured in galvanized and stainless steel.

Chain Link Fencing

A chain-link fence is a type of woven fence usually made from galvanized or LLDPE-coated steel wire. The wires run vertically and are bent into a zig-zag pattern so that each "zig" hooks with the wire immediately on one side and each "zag" with the wire immediately on the other. This forms the characteristic diamond pattern seen in this type of fence.
Pioneer manufactures fencing in all sizes required. Fencing at usually comes in 20 rod and 50 ft rolls, which can be joined by unscrewing one of the end wires and then screwing it back in so that it hooks both pieces. Common heights include 3 ft, 3 ft 6 in, 4 ft, 5 ft, 6 ft, 7 ft, 8 ft, 10 ft, and 12 ft, though almost any height is possible. Common mesh gauges are 9, 11, and 11.5. Mesh length can also vary based on need, with the standard mesh length being 2 ft.

USAGE OF CHAIN LINK

The popularity of chain-link fence is due to its relatively low cost and ease of installation. A further advantage is that, due to the open weave, chain-link fences are transparent and do not obscure sunlight from either side of the fence. One can make a chain-link fence semi-opaque by inserting slats into the mesh.
Chain linking is mainly used in wrestling steel cage matches, backstops in baseball and softball fields etc.

Cable Tray

Pioneer takes special care in manufacturing the cable trays with the required size and shape as specified by the client.

Cable trays at Pioneer are made of galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminium, or glass fiber reinforced plastic. The material for a given application is chosen based on where it will be used. Galvanized tray may be made of pre-galvanized steel sheet fabricated into tray, or may be hot-dip galvanized after fabrication. When galvanized tray is cut to length in the field, usually the cut surface will be painted with a zinc-rich compound to protect the metal from corrosion.
Shapes and sizes: A ventilated tray has openings in the bottom of the tray, allowing some air circulation around the cables, water drainage, and allowing some dust to fall through the tray. Small cables may exit the tray through the ventilation openings, which may be either slots or holes punched in the bottom. A ladder tray has the cables supported by a traverse bar, similarly to the rungs of a ladder, at regular intervals on the order of 4 to 12 inches (100 to 300 mm).
Ladder and ventilated trays may have solid covers to protect cables from falling objects, dust, and water. Tray covers for use outdoors or in dusty locations may have a peaked shape to shed debris including dust, ice or snow. Lighter cable trays are more appropriate in situations where a great number of small cables are used, such as for telephone or computer network cables. These trays may be made of wire mesh, called cable basket or be designed in the form of a single central spine (rail) with ribs to support the cable on either side.

Cable trays are especially useful in situations where changes to a wiring system are anticipated, since new cables can be installed by laying them in the tray, instead of pulling them through a pipe.
Several types of trays are used in different applications. A solid-bottom tray provides the maximum protection to cables, but requires cutting the tray or using fittings to enter or exit cables.
