High strength steel piston rod is precision ground and hard chrome plated (and regrinds if required) to ensure anti-corrosion and maximum seal life. The rod material is EN – 8 / EN-8D or EN-9 or selected on basis of application or customers requirement. The hard chrome plated rods of EN-8(D) material center less ground and hard chrome plated with 20 to 25 micron layer within standard tolerance. Available size – Diameter in mm. 16, 20, 25, 28, 30, 32, 35, 36, 38, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 63, 65, 70. Due to our experience and skill we are in position to supply non standard size of honed tube and hard chrome plated rods as per your requirement.

Seamless Honed Tubes (Steel) with a micro-finish and highly accurate in bore size within tolerance H7 or equivalent. This will provide long piston seal life and prevent failure of the cylinder. The tube material is selected on the basis of application & working pressure.
