The client will provide you online URL of form which center needs to fill and submit it, demo form and demo data will be provided to center for practice. Approx Time to fill one form will be 20 minutes (at the beginning), based on 8 hrs per day the employee of center can complete 25 forms easily per day. Center can use quality check software available in market to maintain quality. Requirement: Client needs 20 forms per day, per center employee Working Hours will be in Indian Hours (IST) Working Hours will be 8* hours a day Working days will be Tuesday to Saturday (Sunday & Monday will be off) Working Time will be 9am to 5pm a day (IST) Client will provide training and forward the complete training manual. Center will get training period for minimum 10 international working days. Training period will not be counted in billing Client will be providing online training and demo work Center won’t get any Indian Holidays, only US national holidays are applicable. Center can use any quality check software to maintain high quality score. Payout: Client will be paying $ 1100 as a fixed Pay for each employee each month. Payout will be on monthly basis. After generation of invoice within 5-7 international working days center will receive their payment. This fix pay will be till the end of the contract and which can be renewed for 3 years after renegotiated based on quality and productivity, Bank Guarantee will be provided. Payments will be done through wire transfer and no deduction and Hold of any payments, but Client will inform about mistakes so that they are not repeated. If needed, they will send it back for rework. Completing the target of 20 forms per agent per day is mandatory. Center should not make mistake in typing customer account number, agency case number and lender agency case number.

Well its a very easy process wherein a center will be getting a portal and they need to login at any point of time and they need to see the video for 20 seconds. These process does not require any kind of skills as the agent would just be required to login and see the video on you tube on the crm that they will be getting in. The center can work at any point of time and day according to there preference as this process does not need any time work or what so ever. Kindly be aware the process does not need to sale or promote any services or goods to the customer, all they need to do is to watch videos and they will be getting paid for the same. The center can work for 24x7 and even in national or international holidays. For each video the center would be watching they will be getting 1.5 canadian cents for 20 second. According to the calculation that we are working on what we observed that a center is earning a good money on this process. To make the things more easier let us give a small calculation 20 seconds videos so in 1 minute an agent can watch 3 videos: so in a hour he would be able to watch 180 (60x3) so in a shift of 8 hours one can watch 1440 videos (8x180) so a center with 10 seats can watch 14400 video now if 1 video is 80 paisa (considering 50 as a canadian dollar in india currency) then 80x14400 = 11520 inr would be the commercial for a shift now as been mentioned a center can work for 24 hours and 7 days a week one can calculate the commercial he will be earning for the process. Payout would be weekly. Whatever the billing would be till monday the same will be disbursed on wednesday. The center need to work till monday and they will be getting the payment on every wednesday. The contract would be for 24 months and if the center performance is good they might get an extension of 1 more year with no extra charges.

The center can work for 24x7 and even in national or international holidays. For each video the center would be watching they will be getting 1.5 canadian cents i.e .80 paisa for 20 - 30 second, if the video is of one minute duration then payout will be 1.50 paisa per video. Videos can be of 20 seconds, 30 seconds or 1 minute. According to the calculation that we are working on what we observed that a center is earning a good money on this process. To make the things more easier let us give a small calculation. 20 seconds videos so in 1 minute an agent can watch 3 videos. So in a hour he would be able to watch 180 (60x3) so in a shift of 8 hours one can watch 1440 videos (8x180) so a center with 10 seats can watch 14400 video now if 1 video is 80 paisa (considering 50 as a canadian dollar in india currency) then 80x14400 = 11520 inr would be the commercial for a shift. Now if some videos are of 1 minute then calculation will be done according to the above stated payout structure. In addition to video watching center will get opportunity to earn additional good amount by performing certain other tasks ( likes, comments, survey etc) in internet. Center will be taught how to do same during training. For this process our consultancy fees would be , 260000 inr per 10 seats payable after sign up with principal client.

Non refundable Vendor-ship Charges: (Refundable if any payout or process execution related issue from Client end) : INR 275000 per 10 seats payable to consultant in India only after sign up and completing all formalities with USA Client.
