Automatic 10 position perfume / filling, crimping and collar fitting in line. The intake and expelling features positioned parallel on the same side leaving maximum inner space in order to carry out a high number of operations. The following settings are present: one vacuum / level filling nozzle, one pump fitting a device (insertion of micro pump in the bottle), one pre-crimping device (to centre and temporarily fix the micro pump) and a crimping device. The bottle is moved by a closed circuit conveyor belt. LA1 be integrated into existing line. Machine set up is open to custom requirement.

IPM Series are high tech, high speed machines of international standards, these are designed for mid scale & large scale manufacturer.
It is a fully automatic, four-head pail filling system to produce 16 pails/minute. There are three rows of four pails. The first row is filled and heading to a lid press operation. The third row is accumulated behind them, ready to move forward when the filled row exits the filling station. A series of chain conveyors raises between the rollers to transfer the empty pails under the filling heads, at the same time the filled loads are discharging. Upon arrival at the filling station, the chains lower the pails onto scales. Pails are tarred to zero weight then the filling cycle starts. There are four scales and four weight meters
