Water Treatment Additives SACY-4000PN-6 is an acrylic Homo Polymer partially neutralized with sodium salt. Our Water Treatment Additive SACY-4000PN-6 is used for various water treatment and industrial applications like textile wet processing, paint, detergent etc. The product Water Treatment Additive SACY-4000PN-6 being a low molecular weight polymer has good anti-gelling capacity and so best calcium / magnesium / barium trapping ability working over wide range of pH, high hardness and temperature without precipitation. Apart from thermal stability, the Water Treatment Additive SACY-4000PN-6 has good stability over oxidizing agent like chlorine. The Water Treatment Additives SACY-4000PN-6 is non-phosphorus, nonfoaming dispersant and has good environmental acceptability. Advantages :
  • Water Treatment: It is very widely used in industrial water treatment as dispersant and scale inhibitor. It inhibits build up of scale by solubility enhancement, crystal growth modification and the dispersion property of the low molecular weight polymer structure.
  • Textile: In textile wet processing SACY-4000PN-6 is used in preparation, dyeing and formulations as dispersant and stabilizer. Its use abates problems arising due to water hardness viz. incrustation on textile, scum formation in processing and build of scale on machinery. It improves overall process outputs, shade brightness, levelness and feel of the textile.
  • Detergent Additive: SACY-4000PN-6 as sodium salt is used as a builder / water softening agent in no phosphate or low-phosphate, low-foaming detergent formulations.
  • Construction: It is widely used in construction chemicals formulations also.
Dosage : Most common doses of SACY-4000PN-6 are between 1 10 PPM. However, the dosage varies depending upon use conditions and the end effect envisaged. Safety And Handling : SACY-4000PN-6 is generally safe but avoid contact with eyes. Do not take internally. In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water. In case of contact with eyes, flush with water and get prompt medical attention. Gloves and goggles are necessary while handling the product. Storage : SACY-4000PN-6 is non-flammable, and non-combustible. It should be stored under shade. Keep the product away from direct sunlight. Packing : SACY-4000PN-6 is available in 55Kg Carboy / 250Kg Polydrum.

Water Treatment Additives SACY 1400 is a Carboxylic Sulphonate co-polymer used for various water treatment and industrial applications. Our Water Treatment Additive SACY 1400 is highly effective as Dispersant and Scale Inhibitor in Industrial Water Treatment and Cooling Water Treatment as well as in all types of water based formulations. The product Water Treatment Additive SACY 1400 being a low molecular weight polymer has good anti-gelling capacity and so has best calcium trapping ability working over wide range of pH, high hardness and temperature without precipitation. Strong acidic functional group like sulphonic acid in the monomer plays an important role in imparting more negative charge on iron oxide particles. It is well known that higher the negative charge imparted on the particles, stronger the repulsive force between the charged particles and hence better dispersant. It is suggested that the substitution of Carboxylic group with stronger acidic and bulkier groups like sulphonic acid markedly improves the dispersant power of the polymer. Polyelectrolyte

Polyelectrolyte that we fabricate is a highly molecular weighted anionic Polymer. Polyelectrolyte is designed to improve the efficiency of solid/liquid separation. Laboratry Standard Solution Preparation (0.1 %)
  • Weight exactly 0.25 gm of product.
  • Measure 250 ml of distilled water and stir magnetically.
  • While stirring add very slowly 0.25 gm of POLYELECTRLYTES
  • Continue stirring till all granules are dissolved till homogeneous solution is formed.
  • 1 ml of this standard solution when added 1 ltr.of representative sample provides 1 ppm ( 1mg/ltr.) dose concentration of the product.
Plant Feed Concentration
  • For Plant use we recommend 0.05 % concentration of the product.

  • As a coagulant for rapid settling of solids in raw water, wastewater, sewage treatment etc.

Polymer Feed SystemSuccessful performance of the product depends on the properly designed automated feed system. The dosing system should be consist of tank of sufficient capacity equipped with agitator. For feed polymer granules, hopper with lid is necessary to ensure controlled addition of product and avoid absorption of moisture. It is recommended to dose the solution through metering pump. Feed PointIt is added in high turbulence areas in the plant to ensure high mixing energy and better contact of polymer with the impurities in the water. Packing

Storage Life and SafetyUnder normal condition of Storage it is stable for one year. It is hygroscopic in nature & absorbs moisture from atmosphere under damp and humid conditions. Therefore bags / container should be closed tightly and stored in cool, dark and dry place at ambient temperature. It is non- inflammable non-hazardous and non- toxic solid polymer. However caution must be excercised to avoid dusting while handling by using mask.
