Our Water Treatment Additive SACY-4000PN-6 is used for various water treatment and industrial applications like textile wet processing, paint, detergent etc. The product Water Treatment Additive SACY-4000PN-6 being a low molecular weight polymer has good anti-gelling capacity and so best calcium / magnesium / barium trapping ability working over wide range of pH, high hardness and temperature without precipitation. Apart from thermal stability, the Water Treatment Additive SACY-4000PN-6 has good stability over oxidizing agent like chlorine. The Water Treatment Additives SACY-4000PN-6 is non-phosphorus, nonfoaming dispersant and has good environmental acceptability. Advantages :
  • Water Treatment: It is very widely used in industrial water treatment as dispersant and scale inhibitor. It inhibits build up of scale by solubility enhancement, crystal growth modification and the dispersion property of the low molecular weight polymer structure.
  • Textile: In textile wet processing SACY-4000PN-6 is used in preparation, dyeing and formulations as dispersant and stabilizer. Corrosion Inhibitor

"To prevent corrosion during acid cleaning of the metal and protection of the surface for certain period where corrosion is likely to be occurring" is the main function of Corrosion Inhibitor SAC-CI. The Corrosion Inhibitor SAC-CI contains amine base organic reaction products with suitable blend of oils and emulsifiers in it, which creates layer (film) on the surface protecting it from corrosion. Corrosion Inhibitor

Metals are widely used in the construction of equipment associated with aqueous systems in which metals remain in contact with aqueous fluids on a regular basis, for example, hydro-testing of metallic equipments, fire extinguishing systems containing water, cooling or heating systems, heat exchangers and many more. The aqueous system generally contains vessels, piping, valves, etc. When water comes in contact with these systems, corrosion of the metal, during and after contact, is a concern. Corrosion Inhibitor SAC-CI 100 when added to water in small concentrations is able to prevent corrosion during wet storage. The corrosion inhibitor prevents corrosion even after vacating water from the system. Direction For Use :The product dose depends on quality of water and corrosive tendency of atmosphere also in some cases. But in general 10 to CI 1000 PPM is sufficient. More particularly, the dose may be 300-500 PPM. The product may be dosed by a slug feed or by blending with the aqueous fluid as the system is being filled. One can dose the material continuously using metering pump also. The pH of the aqueous system in which the product may be applied ranges from about 5 to about 12. The pH is preferably in the range from about 6 to about 10. The dosage can be increased for more severe conditions. Storage : Store in a sealed container in a dry warehouse, avoiding direct exposure to sunlight, with temperatures not exceeding 150oF (66oC). Under these conditions, shelf life is up to 24 months. Packing : The product is available in 50 to 200kg HDPE carboys. Laboratry Standard Solution Preparation (0.1 %)
  • Weight exactly 0.25 gm of product.
  • Measure 250 ml of distilled water and stir magnetically.
  • While stirring add very slowly 0.25 gm of POLYELECTRLYTES
  • Continue stirring till all granules are dissolved till homogeneous solution is formed.
  • 1 ml of this standard solution when added 1 ltr.of representative sample provides 1 ppm ( 1mg/ltr.) dose concentration of the product.

Polymer Feed SystemSuccessful performance of the product depends on the properly designed automated feed system. Corrosion Inhibitor

"To prevent corrosion during acid cleaning of the metal and protection of the surface for certain period where corrosion is likely to be occurring" is the main function of Corrosion Inhibitor SAC-CI. The Corrosion Inhibitor SAC-CI contains amine base organic reaction products with suitable blend of oils and emulsifiers in it, which creates layer (film) on the surface protecting it from corrosion. Metals are widely used in the construction of equipment associated with aqueous systems in which metals remain in contact with aqueous fluids on a regular basis, for example, hydro-testing of metallic equipments, fire extinguishing systems containing water, cooling or heating systems, heat exchangers and many more. The aqueous system generally contains vessels, piping, valves, etc. When water comes in contact with these systems, corrosion of the metal, during and after contact, is a concern. Corrosion Inhibitor SAC-CI 100 when added to water in small concentrations is able to prevent corrosion during wet storage. The corrosion inhibitor prevents corrosion even after vacating water from the system. Direction For Use :The product dose depends on quality of water and corrosive tendency of atmosphere also in some cases. But in general 10 to CI 1000 PPM is sufficient. More particularly, the dose may be 300-500 PPM. The product may be dosed by a slug feed or by blending with the aqueous fluid as the system is being filled. One can dose the material continuously using metering pump also. The pH of the aqueous system in which the product may be applied ranges from about 5 to about 12. The pH is preferably in the range from about 6 to about 10. The dosage can be increased for more severe conditions. Storage : Store in a sealed container in a dry warehouse, avoiding direct exposure to sunlight, with temperatures not exceeding 150oF (66oC). Under these conditions, shelf life is up to 24 months. Packing : The product is available in 50 to 200kg HDPE carboys. Laboratry Standard Solution Preparation (0.1 %)
  • Weight exactly 0.25 gm of product.
  • Measure 250 ml of distilled water and stir magnetically.
  • While stirring add very slowly 0.25 gm of POLYELECTRLYTES
  • Continue stirring till all granules are dissolved till homogeneous solution is formed.
  • 1 ml of this standard solution when added 1 ltr.of representative sample provides 1 ppm ( 1mg/ltr.) dose concentration of the product.

Polymer Feed SystemSuccessful performance of the product depends on the properly designed automated feed system. Storage Life and SafetyUnder normal condition of Storage it is stable for one year. It is hygroscopic in nature & absorbs moisture from atmosphere under damp and humid conditions. However caution must be excercised to avoid dusting while handling by using mask.
