magnetic door catch to be fitted in doors of different offices, homes and hotels to ensure their smooth opening and closing. It has strong magnetic attraction and repulsion. We have door catches in different sizes and shapes to suit the varying demands.
Powerful permanent Magnetic Separation Pulleys are typically installed as magnetic head pulleys and occasionally as magnetic tail pulleys in conveyor system applications to improve product purity and protect equipment from metal damage. They provide effective, automatic and continuous removal of tramp metal from a material flow. 360 degree magnetic core protected by a rotatable stainless steel cover and an axis of rotation. Ferrous contaminants are attracted at the belt through the magnetic field while the material is conveyed. A non magnetic adjustable diverter plate is installed beneath the pulley to split the ferrous material away from the non-ferrous materials in the product stream. Useful for removing ferrous contaminants from powdery, Granulates materials like ore, coal, waste, sand etc.
Magnetic holder's assemblies hold large or small tools and metal parts firmly and securely in place. Available by us in different configuration choices so as to match up with the specific process working requirements of the customers. Provides lasting service support like holding of different tools
The coolant drum that has the permanent magnets rotates at slow speed and in the opposite direction of the liquid flow. The fine iron particles get attracted to the strong magnetic poles present in the separator drum. A brass scrapper is attached at the other end of the machine that helps in scrapping the ferrous particles from the magnetic poles.
Gauss meters measure magnetic flux density. The vast majority of Gauss meters use a Hall probe to measure magnetic flux density. The probe is placed in the desired measuring location and the Gauss meter measures the flux density at that point. Gauss meters are also excellent at determining local point effects as they have a very small detection area on the probe.
