Wet Drum Separator are mainly used for the recovery of magnetic / ferrosilicon in dense media plants and iron ores. Wet drum separators work on a similar principle to our other existing drum separators. A stationery magnet system with several radial poles attracts the magnetic material to the drum face. The rotating cover them carries the magnetic from one pole to another, at the same time rotating the magnetic particle to allow trapped non magnetic to free fall.
Rare Earth Roll Separator provide an alternative in handling a variety of materials which do not respond well to traditional methods of processing. They are highly effective for separating para magnetic particles and weakly para magnetic particles separately. These Rare Earth Magnetic Separator are made up of very high power and recover particles upto minus 325 mesh.
Permanent Magnetic Grills are used for separation of iron particles mixed with dry, granular or free flowing material. These grills are ideal for trapping contaminations such as Nuts, Bolts, Screws, broken washers etc.
Application
Permanent Magnetic "T" Traps provide magnetic protection for liquid lines and processing equipment. They preserve product purity and help prevent equipment damage by removing small particles of magnetic scale, rust and fine iron contamination from liquid product flows. It provides continuous, dependable permanent-magnetic protection against tramp iron contamination.
Rotating Drum Magnets are designed for continuous self-cleaning of metal contaminants from product flow streams. As product enters the housing inlet, an adjustable feed gate meters the flow of product to the drum face. When product passes over the powerful magnetic field, metal contaminants are attracted to the drum surface where they are safely held on to until the ferrous material passes through the magnetic field where it is discharged to the rear of the drum housing. Cleaned filtered product is discharged to the front of the drum housing.
