Starting from a very small scale now we have two factories (production units) with covered area of more then 50000 sq ft. & have installed in house state of the art manufacturing machines & tool room for development of Dies & Tools

Friction screw forging press for forging of brass & other malleable alloys.

• We have 5 nos of these machines from 50 to 500 Ton Stroke.
• Close tolerance of +/- 1.00 mm can be achieved in forging itself.
• High part to part consistency and thin wall parts can casted
• Production capacity of 15000 Pcs Per Day of Brass, Aluminum, Copper & Iron.
• We have installed one of the heaviest machines used in this industry to enable us to forge heavy products

ZINC ALLOY DIE CASTING FACILITY :- MULTI SLIDE

Zinc Die casting Machines we have imported are the latest fully automatic hot chamber casting machine from Producer Taiwan for zinc products. The Machine has the capacity to cast products of up to 600 gm piece wt & dimensional size of upto 100mm x 300 mm.
• We have 3 of these machines P 75, P 90 & P 12. Production capacity of 12000 shots per day of the excellent quality
• External features like threads, gear profiles, knurling etc can be made in as cast condition.
• Close tolerance of -/+ 1.00 mm can be achieved in casting.
• Can minimize post cast assembly operations by elimination of assembly of parts with product redesign.
• High part to part consistency and thin wall parts can be easily casted with our multislide technology.
Gravity Die casting foundry with a casting capacity of 3000 kg per day of Brass, & Aluminum, to get uniformity in casting, increase productivity and reduce the rejection percentage.

Electroplating Plant to get various finishing like, Nickel Plating, Chrome Plating, Satin Nickel, Satin Chrome, Brass Plating, Black Nickel, Antique Bronze, Nickel free Nickel etc.

Electrophoretic Lacquering Plant by DuPont lacquer & electric ovens, to harden the lacquer up to 160 °C to achieve hardness of 3H & Salt spray clearance of 500 hrs.

High Speed & Vibratory Polishing machines, to provide a high quality finish normally associated with hand made finished products, but at a rate that can satisfy a worldwide demand.

Powder Coating Plant for colored coating of malleable & forged iron (iron mongry) & Aluminum products

Skin & Blister packing Machine for display packing of products
