This type of coupling have been specially developed for direct mounting on the flywheel of the prime-mover i.e. I.c. Engines. No extension shaft is required. Widely used for various sizes of d.g. Sets, pump sets etc.

Highspeed brand curved tooth flexible gear type coupling is designed to satisfy the requested function without inducting any harmful stress onthe connected equipments. Basically it consists of two identical sleeves with internal gear teeth bolted together and two identical hubs with external teeth.

The tyre member is held in position by pressure between coupling hub and pressure plate for standard use.

The real mount tyre type flexible coupling has one extra advantage, that you need not remove whole of the subassemble part at the time of replacing.

Highspeed brand ptf serices type flexible coupling is an inprovement over the conventional tyre coupling in the conventional degine.the tyre element is held by frition on only, where as with ptf design the tyre element is held in position by the by bolts passing through the perforated on the tyre hence no possibility of the flexible element slipping out of the flexible element of at any condition.

The spring runs through the grooves which are suitably formed to give the spring member a flexible span required at various load conditions.
