Pentaflo's butterfly valves are able to open and close under equalized water pressure on the disc sides as well as to close at full Turbine discharge. In addition, emergency closure valves shall close automatically in case of penstock rupture. The opening is done by means of one standard servomotor. We manufacture turbine inlet butterfly valve double off set type (double eccentric). We offer hydraulic operator with the provision of counter weight for self-closing in the event of any fault. The valves are fabricated or made from cast steel. Size ranges from 150mm to 2500mm.

Pentaflo design and manufacture hydraulic hoists for fixed wheel roller vertical gates for the main canal and for the Penstock inlet gates located in the forebay. The hydraulic hoist comprise of a precision designed hydraulic cylinder and an oil pumping unit. The cylinder road is either attached to the gate directly or in case of canal system to the counter weight which in turn is fastened to the gate through steel wire rope.In case of main canal gates which is a bypass to the power plant channel and is required to open automatically in the event of plant shut down condition, the counter weight is released to fall by the hydraulic cylinder thereby opening the gates.

The switch cabinet is a kind of electrical equipment, outer line firstly enter the master control, switch inside the cabinet and then enter the sub-control switch. Each shunt is set according to their needs.
Pentaflo provides complete electrical equipment for the power house which comprises of switchgears and controls with automated switching sequence. Pentaflo also provides remote based system for unattended operation.
