Salient Features Fully confirms to IS/IEC: 60947 (Part 4/Section 1). Contactors type PK-1, PC-0, PC-1, PC-1.5, PC-2, PC-3, PC-4, & PC-6 are ISI marked. Type PK1 contactor is 4 Pole and Type PC is 3 Pole. These Contactors consist of a fixed contact system with a magnetic core, solenoid coil and a moving contact system with an armature. Robust and Sturdy design. Provides Trouble Free and Noiseless Operation. Exceptionally long contact life under severe condition due to bounce-free double break design and silver alloy contact tips.  2 NO + 2 NC auxiliary contacts is a standard feature.( Add on Contact blocks in case of PC-8, PC-10 to PC-12 ). The Main, Auxiliary contacts and coil are easily accessible for inspection and replacement purpose. The unit can be mounted in any position on Vertical / Horizontal plane. v Salient Features All relays are bearing   ISI mark   as per IS/IEC 60947 (Part-4/Section-1) . Relay cover full range of current     PK - 1    : 2.5 Amp to 14 Amp.     PC - 1    : 1 Amp to 18 Amp.     PC – 2/3 : 9 Amp to 42 Amp. The triple pole bimetallic thermal overload relay is of the hand-reset type. It unmistakably indicates overload. A temperature compensation device prevents the relay from being affected by variation in ambient temperature. The entire relay unit is housed in Bakelite enclosure and is accurately calibrated and individually tested on an automatic test bench. Setting can be adjusted by means of a pointer. Satisfactory operation at all ambient temperatures from  –5 ᵒC  to  55 ᵒC with the help of temperature compensating device. PK1, PC1, PC2/3 relays are manual reset type. These relays are provided with auxiliary contacts having thermal capacity of 6A and 2A, AC-15 at 415V, 50Hz. These relays are suitable for direct mounting on Type PC contactors. PK1, PC1, and PC2/3 relays are suitable for trip class of 10A as per IS: 60947 (Part-4/Section-1). Compact and most reliably designed.

Star-delta starters are available in Semi-Automatic (SASD) and Fully Automatic (FASD) version. FASD Starters – The motor starts in ‘Star’ when the green button is pressed and a timer automatically performs the change over to ‘Delta’. SASD Starters – The motor starts in ‘Star’ when the green button is pressed and the change over to ‘Delta’ when the button is released. This button must only be released when the motor reaches the normal speed. In both types of starters, the construction features and performance are identical.
