Pasayadan Electricals Water Cooled Capacitor's are designed to use in Induction Heating/melting plants for Power factor improvment. In manufacturing special polypropylene film, high grade aluminium foil & non PCB oil is used. High grade copper pipes are used for water cooling. Aluminum / Brass / S. S. Containers are used according to Frequencies. Also Protection Switches (Thermal / Pressure) provided on request. The losses of our water cooled capacitors are extremely low. The performance of these capcitors, demands extreme levels of Reliability, Safety and Life expectancy.

• Design & Construction :
• The Pasayadan Eelectricals Capacitors comprise specially processed Mix dielectric / PP film, High purity grade Aluminum Foil & filled with Non - PCB synthetic Insulating Agent which has proved non - toxic and environmentally compatible.
• The Capacitor is normally designed suitable for mounting in vertical position with Bushing on the top.
• The Bushings shall be of Epoxy / Ceramic / Porcelain 
• The Capacitor container is made of CRCA sheet with all joints welded.

Electrical Performance :

• Last Voltage and Harmonics.
• Capacitor are designed to carry Continuously 1.3 times of rated current caused by over voltage Harmonics.

• The following tests are carried out on every Capacitor according to the stipulations of the standard to ensure Service ability.

Process : The raw material used for Repairs of Capacitors is from the world’s fore most Manufacturers of BOPP film, Aluminum Foil and Insulating Oil. The repairs are carried out in a strict Quality Controlled Process & stage wise Inspection is carried out. All the capacitors are individually Routine Tested to comply fully with IS / IEC specifications.
The Capacitor to be repaired is opened and the Capacitor elements are tested. The short elements are removed & New Capacitor elements made by Bi – axially oriented, double side hazy electrical grade Polypropylene film & high purity Aluminum foil. These elements are flattened, electrically tested & assembled in pack form, for soldering & electrical connections. After putting this pack in casing is subjected to a very high level vacuum, under which it is impregnated with Non-PCB electrical grade Insulating Oil. Then Repaired Capacitors are then tested for leakage & Routine Tests.

Automatic Power Factor Control Panels Pasayadan Electricals manufacture and supply capacitor switching panels in a wide range of ratings which incorporates features  which correct the PF to the best possible amplitude or as per user's needs.

The control panels include all advanced technical features and also incorporate all necessary safety measures . The PF correction relay is micro-controller based instrument which measure the PF of the load from one CT.The relay has facility for setting the upper & lower limits of the PF & the user oneself can set this range by duly considering the trends  in which the load varies.
The capacitor can be switched in 3 mode. One is Cyclic mode, another is First in Last out mods and yet another is First in First out mode. The user may order any one of these. However FIFO mode is more powerful because the capacitors can be divided  in unequal ratings which helps in reducing the frequency of switching. In FIFO mode, switching starts with the smallest unit thus it prevents adding or deducting a big capacitor.ich further avoids wide variation in power factor and thus reduces the frequency of switching. To add to this, the Relay has facility for setting two limits which can be widened or narrowed depending on how the load .

The PF controller features :

Optional Features:Low PF alarm become active if the PF remains low even after all steps turn ONNo Load Compensation : Switches one Capacitor ON if transformer is at NO load. Thus maintains No load PF.
