Actuated Valve

Double Acting Features:

  • Double rack & pinion
  • High corrosion resistance
  • Pinion supported on polyacetal bearings
  • Maximum working pressure 10bar
  • Lubrication not required
  • Life more than 1 million cycles
  • Antiblow out pinion
  • Can be converted to single acting by just adding springs

  • Bifunctional version
  • High flow rate, kv=12(lpm@1bar), Fast response time
  • Minimum operating pressure required
  • Suitable for air, gases water etc.
  • Ideally suited for double acting actuator on ON/OFF & control duty
  • Special versions may be developed on request
  • Poppet Design
  • Accessories for mounting the solenoid valve on the actuator are provided.
  • Solenoid of any voltage rating/construction can be replaced at customer's end
  • External pilot air operated available
